We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid marketing strategies, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and revenue generation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including E-Commerce, Design, and Social Media, and the ability to lead a team of marketing professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead the creation, optimization, and management of paid advertising campaigns to drive sales, revenue, and brand awareness.
- Define and manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for various campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, click-through rates, conversion rates, and more. Use insights to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, product launches, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the Design team to develop visually compelling and effective ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to coordinate cohesive cross-channel campaigns and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply them to our strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the performance marketing team, guiding their professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, presenting findings and actionable insights to senior management.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (2 years) in planning, executing, and optimizing paid performance marketing campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and understanding of P&L impact.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to diverse audiences.
- Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to work closely with the Design team to create impactful ad creatives.
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail environments is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital marketing platforms are advantageous
