Assistant Sales Manager [Indonesia]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the Sales Forecast/Budget for the product line.
  • Develop, plan, and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
  • Manage overall product sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
  • Responsible for managing and servicing major accounts, and maintaining a high level of sales achievement.
  • Targeting new sales, creating new accounts, and exploiting new business opportunities for major market segments as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Develops sales from existing customer and source for new customers, assess market potential, and evaluates sales records.
  • Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
  • Follow up and monitor all sales inquiries and sales activities to close sales for the assigned products.
  • Coach and guide the team members to carry out market research, monitor competitors activities and customer surveys.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully work with other internal and external customers.
  • Effective problem solvers with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor Degree in Biomedical/ Microbiology related
  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant work experience

Reporting Line: Sales Director

Working Relationship: Hospitals, Laboratories, PMI, and other customers.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp12.000.000 per bulan
