RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Conduct Theoretical and Functional training which includes coffining and embalming.
- Develop learning material and assessment tools.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Conduct assessment and moderation.
- Networking with relevant SETA’s and other stakeholders.
- Provide career guidance, support and planning for learners.
- Compile business reports.
- Assist with budgets and annual training plans.
- Conduct research, analyze and report on experimental data
- Relevant Human Resource Qualification
- ETDP Qualification will be an added advantage
- Accredited Facilitator, Moderator and Assessor
- Minimum 5 Years Funeral Industry experience as a Funeral Director.
- Computer Literate – MS Office
- Valid Driver's License
- Be willing to travel
